Constraints sometimes not allowed

Hi,

I am facing this problem: in sketch mode, when I try to apply a dimension, I get the error message "Adding this dimension will over-constrain the sketch. Choose Accept to create a Driven Dimension". Sometimes Inventor is right, I figure it out later myself as well. But other times Inventor is not right, and these solutions help to still apply that dimension

- finish editing the sketch, and then start editing it again

- if it doesn't help, just drag/move away the given object that caused the problem (the fact that I can move it away already contradicts the previous warning message, btw...) and then apply the dimension, and change its value.

Can I consider this as a bug? It would be difficult to send an example, since this occurs at random times, in an unpredicted way.

Thanks

yes, that is not the correct behavior.
