Constraining to a distance, Inventor 2013

I have attached the drawing I will be referencing. I need to set the distances of the four tabs to .50" from the edges of the part. How do I do this using constraints?

You need to attach the parts, you can't open an assembly without them.

Have you figured out the difference between parts, assemblies and drawings in Inventor?
