Conflicting center constraints

Maybe I am just stupid and forgot basic math but can anyone tell me why i am not allowed to use a concentric constraint on both circles, geometrically the distances add up (and yes i used the trig as well to see and 1.264 is the distance) Any help would be appreciated

The holes are different distances apart.

1.263984276 vs 1.264

BTW - I think you are doing wayyy too much work.  I would use = (equal) constraints (or some other method) rather than repeating dimensions and use Hole features rather than extruded circles.

Ahh thank you! I have been getting so frustrated! And I have to build it like this as it is a transmission tower. The beams are all reused multiple times for the truss and i have to run full stress analysis on it. As for the hole feature, when i learned inventor in college that didn't exist so i'm too used to extrusions 😛  I got the dimension fixed though, thank you!
