Check in problem

When trying to check in a part I get an option I have never seen yet. The
saved version of the selected document depends on versions of the following
files which are not available from the workgroup project. Checking it in
will require an update and will possibly result in sick constaints and
unresolved references when opened by someone else from the workgroup. do you
want to checkin anyway? Then I get a list of three files I have checked
out. I have saved all these files. I get this message trying to check in all
three files. I am not sure what to do. Can anyone help me? Thank you

I see it regularly because I check-in assemblies and keep the individual
parts check-out. I have never had more than a minor issue at a later
date. Usually a constraint that required updating, maybe file location
will need to be resolved. We also do not use adaptive parts, so I don't
know how those would behave if you are using any.

I get that sometimes. Because I have no other option, I force the check-in.
I don't notice any problems (other than the usual ones with IV).

Anthony.
