Chamfered holes in sheet metal

When I flatten a Sheet Metal part with a Chamfered/Countersunk hole in
it the flattend part shows the through hole as the diameter of the
Chamfer/CounterSink. This get tranfered to my tuuret. This is bad.
Is there something I can do to prevent this?

As I remember by picking different faces or even the opposite side of the part you can
minimize it. I think there is still cases that get through no matter what you do though.

If you just want to view the flat that works fine if you have a chamfer
on just one side. Ordinarily to get anything useful from the flat you have
to export it. In my case "dxf" for use by an automatic nesting software.
When you do this you don't see anything but the Csink Diameter. If you open
the dxf in autocad the geometry for the actual hole is not there.
