Cannot change the colors in inventor professional 2013.

I have 26 computers with invention professional 2013.  One of the computers is a lap top.  Three weeks ago the teacher could not change the colors on the lap top.  See image below.

I installed the software local.

The account has administrator rights.

We have a license server.

All other computer is working fine.

The administrator account can change the colors on this computer.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled just inventor and all the auto desk software.

The lap top is the computer the teacher will be taking to training this summer.  He has to be able to change the colors.

Thanks

Sean Leahy

Possibly a bad profile, try creating a new user profile and see if that works. You may need to run repair your user profiles.

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

I have deleted the profile and reload it.  i have also used other domain and local profiles with the same problem.  the only account that works is the administrator.

Sean,

Please try using the reset utility at:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticl...

This will allow you to reset the Inventor portion of the users profile.

If this does not resolve the issue, then it is a permissions problem.

Please let us know how this works out
