Can't create Silhouette curve in Inventor pro 2013

I can not create a silhouette curve, the body button is turned off and displays the following message:

This behavior occurs on any file

What plane  are you trying to project the curves onto?
I was not able to reproduce the error - can you describe exact steps?

I follow this steps:

open the file

create 3d sketch

silhouette

supposedly the tool should allow me to select the solid body, but the button body is with the error shown in the picture

You only have one solid body - so it is selected automatically?
I still don't understand how you are getting the error - it works fine for me on your files.

I repaired the installation of the inventor, and the malfunction was corrected, my son installed without my knowing a game that corrupted the system, thanks for the help, and sorry for waste your time

I have exactly the same problem. I also reinstalled Inventor 2013 completeley but still have this problem.

String resource could not be loaded (and is missing?) for id 36f8 (error 605136f8)

appears if I hover the mouse over the body button.

I use your file as well and get same error. I tried also on different machines (using Inventor 2013 trial) but the problem is still there. So it could not be solved by re-installation.
I use Windows 7 professional SP1, Inventor 2013 (trial), SP1.1 Update 2

Any further ideas?
