Breakout view problem

Has anyone seen this? If so what did you do about it?
Here is the story.
I have an assembly that I am documenting in an IDW. I placed my first view
looking down at the top of my assembly. Then created three projections.
Then from one of the projections I created two sections cut through the
middle of the view to look at the inside of the assembly. Then from one of
the section views I cut another section looking up from the inside of the
assembly at a small area. I then went back to my "original" view and in the
course of dimensioning the view decided that I needed a small breakout in
the view to see a small hidden part as this was the best place to dimension
as weld it.
Now when I go to all of the views that were created down stream form this
view the breakout appears in each of them. Even the last section view that
is looking up from the inside I see the sketch that created the breakout and
the cross hatching form the breakout. In the first projection view the
parts that got broken in the breakout are now broken in the same
spot.......got the picture?
This is a BIG problem for me.
Anyone? Anything?
HELPPPPPPPPPPP PLEASE
