Black box on idw files

Using INV 2009 SP1. No Vault.

When attempting to print, certain idw files have a large black box that obscures most of the drawing. This only happens when a user
who did not create the drawing opens the file.

Any suggestions on a fix?

1.) Are all the files stored on a central
server?

2.) Are all components for the IAM within the main
work directory?

3.) Do any of the "problem" idw's have CC parts in
their parent IAM?

1) All files are on a central server.
2) Some components are in folders other than main work folder but with a workgroup search path
3) No content center parts

Possibly check "User Permissions" and security
levels for the users for access to all the folders, as well as the
levels/permissions on the folders.

Do they have shaded views? Or a bitmap, say a company logo?

Might be a memory or graphics driver issue as
well.

Can the person that is trying to print the IDW, do
an "Update"?
