Best way do do a joggle

I have attached a pdf of a part I'm working on in Inventor.

I am needing the joggled area to be vertical, as it's shown on the pdf.

I tried using the flange, but it follows the bend line.

I appreciate any suggestions, etc.  you have.

I am still using 2012, but from what I am readiong this is still not an option in 2013.

You can add jogs to odinate dimensions, but not linear dimensions.

Is ordinate dimensioning an option for you?

I'm not to the drawing stage yet.

I'm trying to find the best way to model the joggle into my .ipt.

Have you tried using the sheet metal tools?   Specifically this one?
