Bends in Sheetmetal

Why are the bends so touchy in their requirements? I make two faces and I
want a bend in between to join them select the edges and bam! Won't except
it! I am wondering what are the requirements, can I set a tolerance for what
is accepted? Man! I'd rather get my teeth pulled.

Is there something with the project loop rather than using only a single
projected edge? It automatically projects this loop when I select the
surface to sketch on, maybe I need to shut this feature off?

Make sure to check your bend radii.
What error msg are you getting specifically?

Yep! The bend radii are all correct. specifically it says"[WARNING] 17047
220 Auger Chute loft.ipt: Errors occurred during update [ERROR] Bend4:
Could not build this Bend [ERROR] Failed to extend body or create
space for bend.
[ERROR] Sheet Metal: Bend Creation failed.
