Bend extents not visible

Hi guys/girls,

I have unfolded a 3D model into a flat plate, however the bend lines/extents do not appear in ISO.dwg

I doubled clicked into the view to access 'Display Options'. However, I canot tick the box to display bend extents as this option is shaded out (refer to attached screendump).

Can you all please assist. Thanks.

How did you unfold your model?
Is the view you placed a view of the Flatpattern?

If possible, can you attach your model?

Hi!

In the table you shown in your post, activate the option: Tangent Edges.

Attached is my model Niels.

I used the 'unfold' command under the Sheet metal tab. Then I saved the unfold as a separate file (also attached).

Appreciate your swift reply. Thanks.

Thanks Carlos. Is there any way I can also display the centreline? Activating the Tangent Edges seems to only display two parallel lines but no centreline...

All wrong.

Do not create a separate part.

Do not use the Unfold command for this.

In the original part file use the Flat Pattern command.

You now have a folded state and a Flat Pattern state in the same ipt file.

In the drawing choose option for Flat Pattern and/or Folded states when placing the views.

The Unfold/Refold commands are used to create features in flat state that cannot easily be created in folded state, they are not intended for creating Flat Patterns for drawings.
