I am trying to model foam insulation around a circuit board, that is set in a fixture, in an assembly. Is there any tool that will allow me to do this? I am trying to avoid modeling a seperate part with complicated geometry.
Attach example assembly here (just a board and a couple of parts).

One part doesn't really make an assembly. If the attached doesn't answer your question then make up a more substantial assembly.
The Sculpt command does a "flood fill" of enclosed volume.
