Autodesk apperance

Hi,

 

I hava an problem with my apperance, it is like in the next picture:

Current look

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I want it like it is at the installation, with every option seperated. Can somebody help me with this?

Try right clicking on or next to the ribbon and choosing 'Ribbon Appearance' from the list and setting it to Normal, or cycle through those options to see if you get the layout you want.

 

I'm using 2010, and once of my options, 'Compact', did what your image shows, the only difference was that my icons were smaller.

My ribbon isnt changing at all, no mather what option i use.

What's happening when you click on one of those panels?

 

There's also an option in the same area for Minimize. If you, for example, minimize it to tiles, it supposed to show just the text and when you click on one you get a drop down list of it's contained commands. Later versions may have more options there, but you could try setting it to Show Full Ribbon.

 

Outside of that, I don't see any other options. Did it ever work right? I hate to suggest uninstall/reinstall, but it may be the only option.
