Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013 problem

When I go to run or open Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013 it asks me it says a program which is autodesk needs permission to continue. I click on continue then it says there was a communication failure due to a lost connection between the Autodesk website and the computer. How can I fix this?

Are you trying to run or open or are you trying to download?

The steps are

1. download

2. extract

3. install

4. run

5. activate

 

What step are you on?
