Autodesk Inventor 2015 Content Center for download

Hi 

I will have dreamed or Autodesk Inventor 2015 Content Center libraries have been online for download.

I no longer find anything. Woman Frustrated

To install all of these files, i would have to have data management server installed. Can i install content center without it?
All i need is to use it on one computer, i dont want to create a server 😕
