AutoDrop not updating

I've got a simple flange with a hole pattern for which I've got Autodrop putting in the bolts.

In this case 1/4", now if I change the number of holes, everything updates fine.

But if I go into the flange itself and change the size of the threads, say from the 1/4 to 3/8 or whatever and then come back to the assembly and update it, the bolts stay at the original size or the original holes.

Shouldn't they update as well?

Let me also add that the note dimension/callout in the detail sheet loses it's leader length and can't be adjusted.

We have to delete and re-insert the hole note.

I don't recall seeing this in previous revisions.

BTW - I'm pretty sure I forgot to list, I'm on Inventor 2012 Pro
