I want to dimension an arc by its arc length using Inventor 2009. When I select the arc and right click the only dimension options available are diameter and radius. How can I expand these options, or is there another way to dimension by arc length?

Are you in ipt sketch or in idw or dwg?
You could update to later release.
In sketch - see attached.Never mind - I can't fine my example file from back then.
It involved creating a parameter to control arc length in sketch, based on the formula for circumference of a circle.
Check this thread
Currently Inventor 2013 supports to create arc length dimension directly, please see the attached image "ArcLength".
For the old release, we could use the formula like Arc Length=PI*Radius*Angle/180, please see the attached image "Formula".
Hope it helpful for you!
