Anyone seen this error before?

Still using IV7 and trying to open an IDW and get this message. This is
followed with the old familar "memory access violation error".

From what I could read it takes abotu the segment error. Can you repost the
picture larger or just the dialog box so we can read it?

Sorry for the bad quality of the previous post. This is the EXACT error
