Add-ins installation question

Can someone please let me know what folder in my computer I should install the Inventor add-ins into so that the Add in Manager will recognize it ??? Do I have to install them in the same folder as Inventor folder ? Thank you all so much for your anwsers.

Addin are installed in the following folder for Windows 7,

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Inventor 2012\Addins (The path will vary for Windows XP).
