AUTOMATICALLY UNCHECK "EXPORT PARAMETERS"

I opened a master part (linked to a excel file) and found out some of the
checked "export parameters" were unchecked automatically. Anyone has any
ideas why this happens ?

Those settings I have not seen shift once saved within a file.

I have seen this but have not found a workaround or pattern yet
