2015 Design Suite error

I just installed installed Design Suite 2015 last week.

I have installed the service packs.

I have registered.

We run Windows 7.

These programs work just fine:
Autodesk Inventor Professional 2015 - English
Autodesk ReCap

3DS Max

Navisworks Manage 2015

These programs don't open:

AutoCAD Mechanical 2015 - English

AutoCAD Electrical 2015 - English

DWG TrueView 2015 - English

Raster Design 2015 on AutoCAD Mechanical 2015 - English

Raster Design 2015 on AutoCAD Electrical 2015 - English

If I double click the desktop shortcut, or through the start up menu, all pop up with this error:

"This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."

Our CAD department consists of two people with the same pc setup.  My boss's pc doesn't give this error.  However, some programs are still not loading correctly for him.

Any ideas..?

This solved my problem (which was a conflict with Adobe Acrobat 9.5.x Extended Web Capture module)

You can try to change the value to default of 0 in the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\LoadAppInit_DLLs

You can uninstall Adobe Acrobat if you are too timid to edit the registry.

Uninstalling might not be sufficient..

Run the program autoruns as stated in the upandready link barefoot posted..

Go to the appinit tab and uncheck the box next to anything adobe dll related..

I had the EXACT same problem..and that fixed it.

I don't see anything "Adobe," and I don't know what Bandoo Media is.
Are those what you're referring to?

Hi AvvyD, can you have a try to modify the registry(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\LoadAppInit_DLLs) to "0" directly?

DWG TrueView 2015 - same error - your reply "set to 0 directly" using CMD and REGEDIT worked for me. Thanks
