Both CAD PC's upgraded to 2014 yesterday. My boss's IV works normally, but mine has errors.
If I click on "See what's new," "More Learning Resource," "Explore Autodesk 360," or "Explore Optimixation," in the Welcome screen when IV first boots up, I get this error:
Autodesk Inventor Professional 2014
No Help Available.
Cannot display help page at:
ID:(HELP_WHATS_NEW:0), Error 5.
There's only the option toclick ok. I do, then this pops up:
Autodesk Inventor Professional 2014
Cannot display help page at:
'file:///C:\Program Files|Autodesk\Inventor 2014\Local Help\contexthelp\HELP_WHATS_NEW.htm'
ID:(HELP_WHATS_NEW:0), Error 5.
I retyped the error, so typos are a possbility in this post. ("Launch the Autodesk Exchange Apps website," is another blue line of text to click on, but no error pops up when I do. Nothing happens.)
I haven't changed any settings yet.
Ideas?
My subscrition center is having issues too.
If I hover over the key icon in the upper right, I get this error:
The Subscription Center cannot be accessed due to a problem with your internet connection or with an Autodesk server
It was working a few minutes ago while I was having the first error...
