I've struggled several hours, but no success. Inventor 2013 seems to be beyond it's limits.
See Picture. There are 4 inputs:
- Rotation of the main shaft
- 3 servo movements at the balls of the green part. Rotation of the green part around the main shaft is locked.
The paddle (orange) can swivel freely around it's axis. If you have access to a real model, you can realize it.
What do I want to see at first?
Rotation of the main shaft, with no change of the 3 servo movements. But even this I can't get to work.
Try this:
- Ground the main shaft
- Grab the red linkage by mouse. You can move one of the rotor blades.
- Grab Blatthalter.iam:21 by mouse and move it. It's moving
- Now do a center point -to - center point constraint between the red ball and the free end of the red linkage
You get a constraint error, and I've seen no way for a solution.
But that's what we need, in my eyes.

There seems to be a number of files missing, a number of the files with Russian names, all the parts with German names are included in the zip file
Ouch! That seems to be an issue with my Zip version.
I'll come back in a few hours
Thanks, Blair

Zip file has been changed now, same link as before.
Sorry for the confusion

Another need for an update. The former file Koppel A - 24,5mm.iam wasn't accepted by my Winzip version, because of A being an invalid character
Now it's named Koppel 24,5mm.iam, but a new Rotor.iam is needed in the Zip, too. It's changed

Hi Walt,
If you use WinRAR or 7zip, it won't munge non-ascii file names. I believe both are free downloads.
Best regards, -Hugh
That's no problem anymore, Hugh.
I've renamed the files with Russian names. The Zip at the download link should be ok now.
Meanwhile I made some changes, and added angular limitations for flipping prevention. But the problem still exists.
I've uploaded a new file set with the changes. Try to move the angle Rotordrehung by constraint. No luck. But after suppressing, you can move the rotor shaft by mouse without problems.
And that's just the beginning. I've been thinking of changing the position of the 3 balls of Taumelscheibe 2.iam, too. Far away from this.

Thanks for further looks
