I had hoped that Inventor Fusion (the Mac version) would be able to open Inventor projects, but it seems not. Do any of you know of a way to view IPJ files?

Inventor Fusion for Mac can open Inventor 3D files, .ipt and .iam

If you use pack-n-go in Inventor you should be able to get assemblies into Inventor Fusion for Mac by copying all files to a single folder. You won't need the IPJ file in this case.
