drawing diagonal 3d shapes

I am fairly new to inventor fusion and have been teaching myself as I go. I am drawing a 3d model of an axle for a cart and cannot figure out how to draw a cylindrical 3d support strut going from the horizontal to vertical axis with a circular cross section. Any help would be appreciated. Andy

Can you post a file or screenshot? It is hard to imagine this with only words.

Hi

Please find attached the image of my work so far. The diagonal axle would effectively run along the works axis label in the image (hopefully visible in the image). There would be a flattened tube section  at either end that i can draw as a simple rectangle

Can you create a 3-point rectangle (do it line-by-line if you have to) at that angle and then Revolve the rectangle (would be easier than setting up an angled sketch plane)?
