Problems with opening a file on inventor fusion

Hi all

i got problems to open a project on my laptop. i created the file on an other pc . i saved it on a usb stick and copied the files on my laptop... as i tried to open the file i got an error message that the file is allready used or write- protected. i checked it but the file was neither protected nor used. i would be glad if somebody could tell me an option how i could solve this problem ...
