Inventor .IDW -> Fusion - ACAD.DWG

We have multiple licenses to AutoCAD 2012...which includes Inventor Fusion (I believe).

We have a vendor sending us older Inventor .IDW files...lets say Inventor 10 .idw

We need to convert the Inventor 10 .IDW files to AutoCAD .dwg files so we can work on them.

Can we do that (convert) using Inventor Fusion?

I guess this was a stupid question.......Looks like Fusion cannot open .idw files...
