Hello

Can I open a fusión 360 file (f3d) in Inventor?. What is the best way to export from fusión 360 to Inventor.

Thank in advance

Hi,

Great question. No, .f3d cannot open in Inventor. However, In Fusion 360 if you go under the 3 bar menu and use Export you can output to your desktop a number of CAD formats that open in Inventor. Try .STEP it's a little more friendly with translating materials and assemblies.

Also, just FYI there is a Fusion 360 discussion forum here. This forum is related, but it's for Inventor Fusion which is a different program.

Thanks,
