how could I find all constraints for a given positional representation?

Did you try "PositionalRepresentation.IsConstraintSuppressionOverridden" and "PositionalRepresentation.IsConstraintValueOverridden" ?

You could iterate the list of all constraints and use those methods passing each constraint.

I don't see a way to access the constraints directly from the Positional Representation...
