StyleOverride on FormattedHoleThreadNote

Hi all,

I am trying to override the default format of a hole note.

I am trying to increase the font size for specific thread sizes.

I believe I have to change the property 'FormattedHoleThreadNote' within the HoleThreadNote object.

However it does not seam to work.

This is a example of what I am working with

The currently the value of FormattedHoleThreadNote is

<HoleProperty HolePropertyID='kThreadDesignationHoleProperty'></HoleProperty>

I have tried Overriding it to

<StyleOverride FontSize='0.35'><HoleProperty HolePropertyID='kThreadDesignationHoleProperty'></HoleProperty></StyleOverride>

but is does not work.

Does anyone have a suggestion that I could try.

Thanks

Stuart

Not only API but the Inventor UI also does have the same problem. I would log this issue to Inventor side. A workaround mightbe that you can hide the thread note value but use normal text to substitute the thread note text so you can override the font style to normal text.

If this solves the problem please click ACCEPT SOLUTION so other people can find it easily.
