Ral colors appeanance in 2013

I have an xml file with RAL colors I used befor the new appearance was added in Inventor.
Now I want to use ral colors in Inventor 2013 but that I can not manage.
Can anyone tell me how I can add ral colors and also properly be given in my parts.

Mvg Jos

Your drawings are only as good as the symbols that complete them...

Hi Mvg Jos,

Inventor is using RGBA color system, so if you come with RAL values, you would need to use your own logic or a 3rd party utility to convert them to RGBA.

Sorry for not being more helpful.

Regards,

Philippe.

here is a good place to find the RGB values

I use it all the time... however, i find that sometimes the colors can be alittle too dark or ligth, so i usually correct it with "selfreflective" Not sure that´s the best way, but it works... 🙂
