Looking for code that removes all document links & embeddings

Not a programmer, so looking for help on this one.

Our company standard part template was 'contaminated' with some .bmp and .jpg patterns and of course, ended up in hundreds of part files before it was discovered.  The part template has since been cleaned of these.

When a user tries to check-in one of these part files, they get the message that the files are already in the vault and cannot be added due to vaulting restrictions.  We have the unique file name switch turned on in our vault.

Since it's such a tedious process to open each part and manually "unlink" all these rogue patterns, I was hoping someone here had some code that would do it on a whole folder of parts.

Thanks in advance.

Bob

I'm also looking for an answer to this question, but it seems no one knows the answer.
