Inventor 2012 sp2 - ilogic and VB Express 2010

Hello!

I know that to use Inventor 2012 sp2 - ilogic and VB Express 2010, you need to publish in .net framework 3.5.

I am doing:

Under Properties (for the solution or project):

Compile -> Advanced Compile Options -> Target Framework

select

.NET Framework 3.5

but I receive an error:

Error in rule: Form Tool, in document: Part1

Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2012\Bin\iLogicAdd\ClassLibrary1.dll' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

Am I missing something?

Thank you in advance

Fotis
