Change the default size of the hole

Hello,

please be somewhere in Inventor to override the default size when creating holes?
I need to change the size of 3 mm to 4.2 mm.

If you are using the hole tool to create holes then it would not be too difficult to locate them in the tree and alter them.

If you are creating holes by sketch and extrude/cut then it becomes more difficult.

Everytime i make a hole the first time in a part the hole is ø 3mm WHY !? 

I know that when i made a hole the next hole will be the same as the previously BUT if I restart the model I am back to ø3 mm again 

There must be somewhere I can change this value somewhere in the registry. I do 98% of my holes 4,2 mm this is really anoying !
