COG symbol affects to Componentdefinition.RangeBox

Hi,

if I scale a COG symbol in a part document of AI 2013/2014, ComponentDefinition.RangeBox return the size of Part AND COG symbol. So I get worng results.

Is there any ability to toggle this symbol off in API like ObjectVisibility.AllWorkFeatures = False?
