By environment settings I mean things that are NOT in the cuix.

For exemple:

-position, size of properties, design center and tool palette.

-view settings inside the toolpalettes

-the fact that all locations are locked

All of this is to ease a big deployment (80+ people)

I already found many settings in the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD LT\R18\ACADLT-B001:409\Profiles) and extracted them...

But it's not working for the a.m. settings.

This depends on the product but typicaly the settings are located in both the registry and in folders in the user profile. Here is an example

AutoCAD 2013:

Reg Keys - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R19.0

Folders -  

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2013
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2013
