what does it mean by 'Error [1.5.-95]' ?

I installed inventor 11 on my computer and the problem is that

when I launch the program an error occurs, which is as

follows :

A valid license could not be obtained by the network license

manager. Try again. If you are still unable to access a license,

contact your system administrator.

Error [1.5.-95]

and

License Could Not be Obtained. Please Contact your Dealer.



how can I deal with the problem?

Is everything ok if you check the status on the license server?
Look at the debug log for clues.
Are there any other clients able to access a license?

-95 Network connect to THIS_HOST failed.
Change this_host on the SERVER line in the license file to the actual host name.
