I was tring to Download the 3d  studo max design  2014 again and a windows popout: "cant give you a serial number".

please help me to complete the download and install the program propertly

Assuming you are referring to the Education Community download, did you receive an e-mail with a serial number? 

If not, please register a new account on the Education Community using a different email address and try to download again.
