Welcome to the community Robert!

From the T-Splines Licensing FAQIn the event that you upgrade your computer, you can deactivate the license on your old computer by clicking on the T-Splines menu in Rhino, then Help, then About T-Splines. Then, click on the Deactivate License button, and you will be able to use your license on a new computer. You can also email us ( and we can deactivate your license for you.

Please accept as a solution if this fully resolves the issue, or reply with additional specifics if the problem persists.

My computer crashed and now I can't find any info about my T-splines for Rhino registration or serial number. I'm told my SSD will have to go to a clean room for data recovery. Is there any way I can activate T-splines on my new computer without the original info?
