tsplines - avtivation error

i have a new computer and want to re install tsplines but since i activated it on my old computer it wont let me re activate. what do i do to deactivate my old licanse. i get an error

 

"no more licenses can be activated using this license"

 

i only activated one time on my old computer.

Welcome to the community Robert!

 

From the T-Splines Licensing FAQIn the event that you upgrade your computer, you can deactivate the license on your old computer by clicking on the T-Splines menu in Rhino, then Help, then About T-Splines. Then, click on the Deactivate License button, and you will be able to use your license on a new computer. You can also email us (tsplines.help@autodesk.com) and we can deactivate your license for you.

My computer crashed and now I can't find any info about my T-splines for Rhino registration or serial number. I'm told my SSD will have to go to a clean room for data recovery. Is there any way I can activate T-splines on my new computer without the original info?
