trouble downloading architecture 2013

When I try to run the install, My computer askes me if I will let Auto Desk make changes to my computer; I click 'Yes,' and then I get a message saying the connection with Auto Desk has been blocked and the install closes.

Note: I did an intership last summer and was asked to download AutoCAD Architecture 2012 under their license, I still have it, and I'm hoping to keep it unless they ask me to uninstall it.

=> Can I keep AutoCAD Architecture 2012 (under their license), and still install the AutoCAD Architecture 2013 for use in school, under a student license?

You can leave both versions installed.  The license will expire at some point.  The EDU site should be have help on downloading software.
