transfer 3ds Max Design License to a regular 3ds Max application

Royal Render does not work with 3ds Max Design so I need that license to be transferred over to a regular 3ds Max. How do I do this? the License Transfer Utility does not work between these two programs.

3DS Max and 3DS Max design are two different programs and the license for one doesn't work for the other. You can see what licenses open each product in the list linked below
