the application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b

Hi, My name is Paulo Lourenço, I download and instal the 3d studio max 2012 with student serial but after instal(i don't get any error), when i try to open the application i get this error "3dsmax.exe - aplication error" " the application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b. Click OK to close the application"

Can you help me please, i need the program to make my works of school. I have lots of work and this don't work it happens with all oder version too
