I have upgraded from Civil 3D 2007 to Civil 3D 2012 via Infrastructure Suite with subscription support. I am logged into my subscription. I tried to ask for support on the subscription support page. When I try to submit my request, I am told that I need to have a serial number -- which I included where the support page requested it. Why can't I use my subscription to get help?
