I am also having a similar issue with 3Ds Max.

So, I just did some more looking and I have a question:

Did the button just not show up, or did it disappear?

If it disappeared, go ahead and use F5 to refresh the page and click like crazy until you actually hit it. It can work and is the only solution I have ran into thus far.

Another trick you can use is right click and select view page source.

hit ctrl + f and search for "<div id="id_manual_download_button">"

just take off the outter "" so it starts with a < and ends with >

right below that line there should be a link that you can copy/paste or click on to open it.

It must have gone down shortly after I registered and downloaded, because it worked for me a few weeks ago but not now. Any luck on fixing this?
