Hi, I tried registering for the Autodesk education community using my school ID and email in order to download and register my educational copy, but have run into server glitch of some sort. I tried calling multiple tech support lines as well as department assistance at my school, but have just gotten shrugged shoulders and endless transfers.
Here's the issue: after i registered and clicked on the activation/confirmation email, I got a message saying my registration was complete. Next, I logged in and proceeded to the education community support and downloads section. immediately after this, the site automatically logged me out. I tried to log back in, but i kept getting a message saying I hadn't activated my account yet and that I should have the activation email resent. When I tried that, I got a message saying that I had already registered, and that I needed to log in. This cycle continues ad nauseum. If I can't download the software, than I'm going to have to drop out of my classes because I can't work on the projects.

I've tried resending the email and clicking the link, but I just get a message saying I've activated my account already. I'll try the email.
