recently installed AutoCAD 2002 Network version on a Windows 2000 Server. We
were previously running AutoCAD 2000i network version.
Nearly all users were able to run setup and install 2002 just fine.
Starting the app bring up a popup asking for the license file/server. We
specify server and the name of the server. It is found and we hit finish.
The application now hangs. The Close button is grayed out, task manager
shows the application as Not Responding. This has been occuring seemingly at
random. Most users installed and ran just fine. Its not specific to any one
subnet and doesn't seem to be network related. Connectivity to the server is
there.
Does anyone know how I can go about fixing this? This app is critical to my
companies operations.
