setup problem

hello    

I am trying to install 3ds max for three days now. in the beginning all go's well but when the install rich the 8/11 step there is a problem in the end 

Service 'mental ray Satellite for Autodesk 3ds %ax design 2014 64-bit'(mi-raysat_3dsmax2014_64)failed to start 

• I am in mode administrateurt
• I have desactiver all the security application
• i have cheked that all service of 3ds max are stopped 
• I  have windows 7 64-bit

I have the same problem....

I have Max running but I can't apply the SP3 service pack.

I wish someone would respond with a fix

Display Name : mental ray Satellite for Autodesk 3ds Max 2014 64-bit
Dll path : Not Answered.
Image path : C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2014\NVIDIA\Satellite\raysat_3dsmax2014_64server.exe
Current Status : Auto/Running

How to disable this service.
Open a command prompt. (Run a command prompt as Administrator in Windows vista/7/8)
Copy red command line and Paste.
sc stop "mi-raysat_3dsmax2014_64"
sc config "mi-raysat_3dsmax2014_64" start= disabled

How to delete this service.
sc delete "mi-raysat_3dsmax2014_64"

Done.!
Close the command prompt. Cheers! 😉
