serial number not valid

i download autocad,revit and 3ds max in student version today, but it keeps showing the message of serial number not valid.Can anyone help?

No, I am pretty sure they are 2014. i dont know if it is supposed to be, the serial sumber for these three products are the same, so them all have the same problem.

Hi Zizhi,

There is a 2014 Serial Number for Autodesk 3ds Max under your account. The same Serial # like the rest of your Student Licenses but the Product Key is 128F1. Note that we have already the 2015 version available in the EDU site, you can try downloading and using it as well.

I want to use the same version as my school's desktops so that I can do the works in different computer more easiliy. So I want to stick with 2014. Are there any solutions that I can fix the serial number problem?
