serial number doesn't work on max 2014.

My company recently bought a 3dsmax 2015 subscription however I would also like to use max 2014 due to plugins that are currently unavailable for 2015.

The problem is that although on my subscription page i can download versions from 2012 to 2015 there are no serial numbers for any of the products except max 2015. 

Can someone help me out please.

Thanks for contacting us to get permission to use a previous version of your software. To ensure your request is handled as quickly as possible by the right people, please take the following steps to submit your request:

1. Login to Subscription Center at www.autodesk.com/subscription
2. Click Subscription Administration
3. Click Request Previous Version
4. Select Deployment
5. Complete the Previous Version Request Form and submit it
